Im not one to leave reviews… But let me tell you, this is my favorite place in Milford ct. This establishment truly brings me joy everytime I walk in. If natural kitchen has no supports I swear i’m dead. It can be alittle pricey but it’s worth every damn dollar. I could each this stuff for every meal. If this place ever closed, I truly think my existence would mean nothing. Also the music they are playing is always elite tunes. Bruno mars, justin beiber, you name it. If you are moving to Milford ct, the first thing you should do is get yourself to natural kitchen and just let them do their magic. God bless
Out of this world ! Super fresh & yummy bowls. Amazing taste & quality. Paired with a milk tea , very delicious. I was very impressed with this place. A must go. Good service & peaceful area to eat too.
I had lunch here with my son. We had 2 different poke bowls . The seafood was extra fresh and delicious. Everything tasted delightful. The staff was very nice and attentive. The environment was fun. It had lots of cool fun art and anime everywhere. It wasn't too expensive for what we had. I cant wait to go back.

Fresh, flavorful poke bowls with great portion sizes! The ingredients tasted very fresh, and everything was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend sesame sauce and sweet chilli sauce
The Vegan of the Sea poke bowl is perfect, especially since you can request brown rice as the base. Ample portion. Best in the area by far. Friendly service.
Absolutely fantastic salmon poke bowl! The fish was incredibly fresh, with vibrant flavors that came together perfectly in every bite. You can truly taste the quality and care put into the food. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
This place is so good. It was my first time and I was a little nervous. The server helped me pick out something that I loved and I will definitely be back. The pricing was very good also
